Vinny Colombo | Managing Partner
As the founder of Colombo Capital Investments LLC, Vinny brings a decade of experience as a Navy Veteran to the table, showcasing a robust background in project management and team leadership. Throughout his career, Vinny has effectively overseen and guided teams in areas such as anti-terrorism, damage control, and facilities management. Beyond his professional life, Vinny has a genuine enthusiasm for personal development and forging new connections with individuals. The core philosophy of Colombo Capital Investments centers around the belief in continuous self-improvement and the creation of a legacy to inspire pride in future generations.

Cyndi Maguire | Managing Partner

Cyndi has been an investor entrepreneur for over 25+ years, investing primarily in real-estate spanning 14 markets in 9 states. Her focus has been acquiring real properties with value-add in Single Family, Multifamily apartments, Commercial and Hospitality.
Cyndi obtained a BS in Materials Engineering from Cal Poly and her MS in Systems Engineering as well as an MBA, both from San Jose State University. Like her 13 years success in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, her calculated and engineering approach to projects yields organized process-driven solutions, which makes potentially challenging properties even more exciting for her.
As a business executive, she leads teams to envision, construct, and execute seamlessly. Her project management expertise creates valuable time management, cost savings and quality operations of the properties.
